KC help charities to 'face the facts'

Nigel Kippax, MD of KC Change consultants, was recently invited by the prestigious Claire Foundation to give a seminar on organisational risk. The session helped representatives of various local charities to identify the symptoms of risk and how to change direction before it's too late. The Clare Foundation is a philanthropic venture that helps charities become more commercial and efficient. Workshop presentation: Lean approaches in charities

Nigel Kippax led two workshops at the annual NAVCA conference in June on adapting 'lean approaches' to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of charities.
